Jews, Christians, and Muslims to Join in Prayer at Berlin’s Memorial Church on Sunday, June 15

In light of the ongoing escalation in the Middle East, the House of One Foundation invites you to an interfaith peace prayer on Sunday, June 15 at 7:30 p.m. in the Memorial Hall of the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church in Berlin.

“It is a cherished Jewish tradition to take three steps back before reciting the final verse of prayers such as the Kaddish, which speaks of peace,” says Rabbi Andreas Nachama. “Only by changing one’s position—by making room for peace—can we ourselves contribute to it. May those who hold the power to end the fighting take this to heart.”

The prayer will last approximately 30 minutes.
