The story, pain, and trauma we contain in our body are not just our own: it is deeply influenced by social and political issues in the world, by our family history, and by our roots. Through improvisation and embodied tools Saed developed through his artistic research - participants will embody political and social issues they care about and process the experience as a group. Example exercise: embody your collective, embody your "enemy", embody both at the same time. Healing won't happen in one workshop. We will take it slow. 

Saed is a Palestinian performance artist with Israeli citizenship, festival producer, dancer and teacher. In his work, he aims to create spaces that focus on emotional, communal, and socio political processes.
